Breadmaking. I have a certain fondness for it....Ah. Breadmaking. I have a certain fondness for it. :D I made some naan...wow...well over a year ago. :P They came out MUCH better than my croissants. Hahaha. Then again, the difficulty is a little steeper with the latter (that, and it was my second attempt at breadmaking. really. I was certainly overshooting. :P they were all stumpy, and hard; they resembled scones more than croissants. :P "but they taste good" encouragers tried to encourage. but I think you're with me when it has to taste good AND look good AND smell good et cetera et cetera or it's not good enough, right? :P). Speaking of which...I'd like to try making croissants, again. Hm. Looking at your recipe, I certainly didn't use a grill. I've read that naan is generally made in a tandoori.
